NeuroSpark Health Co-Founder
(she/her)
Headshot of Dr. Julie Landry of NeuroSpark Health, specializing in autism, ADHD, and AuDHD assessments in most U.S. states.

Hi, I’m Julie.

I’m a board-certified clinical psychologist, a co-founder of NeuroSpark Health, a mom to two neurodivergent kids, and a neurodivergent adult myself. I came to this work through a mix of clinical training, lived experience, and a deep curiosity about how people make sense of themselves when the usual explanations don’t fit.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and a few close friends, getting outdoors whenever I can, and planning my next trip. I tend to gravitate toward warm, coastal places, especially tropical ones, where I find it easier to slow down and relax.

I have a few special interests that inform how I think and show up in the world. Feminism influences how I understand power, identity, and whose experiences are taken seriously. Interior design is another passion; there’s something deeply regulating about beautiful, intentional spaces, and I believe our physical environment matters so more than we realize. My favorite forms of self-care are the ones that bring me back into my body. Running and Pilates help me stay grounded and clear my mind.

NeuroSpark Health grew out of a very simple realization: the kind of care we were looking for as neurodivergent adults didn’t really exist. So we built it. I’m incredibly proud of NeuroSpark and the space we’ve created, and I’m deeply committed to supporting this community. Your story matters, and it deserves to be heard.

Dr. Landry’s Professional Bio

Julie Landry, PsyD, ABPP, is a board-certified clinical psychologist, consultant, and co-founder of NeuroSpark Health. She specializes in neurodiversity-affirming autism, AuDHD, and ADHD assessments for adults, with particular expertise in high-masking, late-identified, and complex presentations.

Dr. Landry is known for her ability to work with adults who appear successful to others but feel chronically misunderstood internally, especially women who have spent years masking, over-functioning, and being overlooked by traditional diagnostic frameworks. Many of the clients she works with were told they “don’t look autistic,” “seem fine,” or simply learned to adapt so well that their needs were missed altogether. Her approach to assessment is curious, collaborative, and strengths-based, focused on helping people make sense of their experiences in a way that finally feels accurate.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Landry intentionally moved away from conventional, one-size-fits-all mental health models that prioritize outward functioning over internal experience. Her work reflects a shift toward care that is contextual, identity-aware, and shaped by how neurodivergence actually shows up in adult lives, particularly for women and others whose experiences have historically been underrecognized.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Landry is a consultant to psychologists, therapists, and group practices nationwide. She regularly collaborates with other clinicians around neurodiversity-affirming practices, ethical private-practice growth, and sustainable private-pay care models. She is particularly passionate about supporting clinicians who want to build practices that are values-aligned, financially viable, and humane for both clients and providers.

Dr. Landry is the founder of Halcyon Therapy Group and co-founder of NeuroSpark Health, two practices created in response to gaps she observed firsthand in traditional mental health systems. Her clinical insights and professional perspectives have been featured in national media outlets, including Time Magazine, CBS News, and Fortune.

Dr. Landry completed graduate training in both industrial-organizational and clinical psychology, and later earned advanced training in clinical psychopharmacology. Dr. Landry completed her internship and postdoctoral training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served in the United States Army, where she held multiple leadership roles, culminating in her position as a psychology consultant to the U.S. Army Surgeon General for the Army Reserve.

Dr. Landry provides virtual services across most U.S. states through PSYPACT and continues to collaborate, consult, and teach in ways that move the field toward more thoughtful, affirming care.

Her work at NeuroSpark Health is both professional and personal, a commitment to creating the kind of care many neurodivergent adults, herself included, spent years searching for.
