Dr. Rayne Palombit is a clinical psychologist specializing in providing affirming services to individuals with intersecting marginalized identities. After being a first-generation college student, they earned Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of La Verne. She has worked in community mental health systems, inpatient and partial hospitalization programs, schools, group homes, and now operates a telehealth practice.
They have specialized training in complex trauma (especially child, sexual, and relational), neurodivergence, difficult familial dynamics, poverty, and system-involvement (e.g., foster care, legal), acute child/teen behavior concerns, and major life or identity transitions. They are particularly passionate about working with the queer, gender diverse, youth, and neurodivergent communities. Her work is informed by social and disability justice, liberation psychology, person-centered, feminist, humanistic, and neuro-affirming frameworks.
